The Lilac Ladies provides the following cleaning and concierge services:
•Holiday let; Move In/Out (change over) services for Holiday Homes, Cottages, Apartments
•Pre-visit basic clean and concierge services for Second Homes; i.e. stocking up with basic groceries and toiletries (for clients account)
•Pre- and Post-occupation services; Deep Clean for brand new and/or existing homes
•Special cleaning requirements on request; i.e. residential homes, establishments for the elderly, disabled individuals, business owners, store managers, new mother home coming, sick mother, and anniversaries
•Training for your existing or new domestic help; developed for your specific home and needs
•House and pet sitting service; for when you are away
All services are tailored towards your individual needs and are charged by the hour excluding VAT. All services are to be paid in advance. Our ladies work in supervised, uniformed teams of two and have police clearance certificates. Our ladies work from Monday to Friday daytime hours (special requests for evenings and weekends will be considered, provided there is available staff, and these extra hours will be charged accordingly).
